The Food Processing / Manufacturing sector is where the raw foods go to be processed.  This can be referred to as value-adding.  In general, the value-adding is done, the greater the profit to be made.  For example; wheat grains can be processed into flour which then can be processed into bread.  Examples of companies involved in the food processing/manufacture sector include SPC Ardmona SaraLee and Cadbury chocolates.
